By creating an account or using Axio: Student Planner ("Axio"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app. Your use of Axio is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

Axio offers an optional auto-renewing subscription, Axio Plus, with the following options:
Prices are shown in US dollars and may vary by region or change over time. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Your subscription renews automatically at the same length and price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple ID account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep Plus features until then. Deleting your Axio account does not cancel your subscription; you must cancel it separately in your Apple ID settings. Refund requests are handled by Apple under its policies.
Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA) also applies to your use of the app: Apple Standard EULA.
You agree to:
If you choose to connect Google Calendar and Google Classroom, you grant Axio read-only access to display that information within the app. We do not modify or delete your Google data, and we do not sell it. You can disconnect Axio at any time from your Google Account's third-party access settings.
You keep ownership of the tasks, notes, and other content you create in Axio. You give us permission to store and process that content solely to operate the service for you.
Axio, including its design, logo, and code, is owned by its developers. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of Axio without permission.
Axio is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that imported calendar and assignment data will always be complete or current. Always check important deadlines with your school or instructor. Grade and GPA figures in the app are estimates based on information you enter or import and are not official records.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages arising from your use of Axio, including data loss, missed assignments, or other productivity impacts.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from within the app's Settings. Deleting your account permanently removes your account and associated app data and cannot be undone.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page with a new "Last Updated" date. Continued use of Axio after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
