By using Axio, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

Axio is a student productivity application that provides:

• Task management and organization
• Google Calendar integration (read-only)
• Google Classroom integration (read-only)
• Gamification features (XP, levels, streaks, achievements)

3. User Accounts

To use Axio, you must:

• Sign in with a valid Google account
• Be at least 13 years old
• Provide accurate information
• Keep your account credentials secure

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use Axio only for lawful purposes
• Not attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or disrupt the service
• Not share your account with others
• Respect the intellectual property rights of Axio

5. Privacy

Your use of Axio is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

6. Google API Services

By authorizing Axio to access your Google Calendar and Classroom data, you grant us read-only access to display this information within the app. We do not modify, delete, or share your Google data.

7. Intellectual Property

Axio, including its design, logo, and code, is owned by its developers. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of Axio without permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Axio is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of Axio, including data loss, missed assignments, or other productivity impacts.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of Axio constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
